Description
The CCPM Multi Servo Tester 3CH is a compact and easy-to-use testing module designed for RC servo motors and electronic speed controllers (ESCs). It can generate control signals for servos and ESCs, allowing you to test and compare their operation without connecting an RC transmitter and receiver.
The tester provides three operating modes for different testing requirements. In Manual Mode, the control knob can be turned to vary the output and check the servo’s response. Neutral Mode allows a servo to be returned to its neutral position, which is useful when setting up steering systems and aircraft servos. The Automatic Wiper Mode continuously moves the servo back and forth through its available range, making it easy to observe its movement and response.
How to Use
Connect the servo or ESC to one of the available channels and supply the tester with DC 4.8–6V power. The control knob and mode selection can then be used to generate the required control signal.
Up to three servos can be connected simultaneously to compare their movement and consistency. The same principle can be used with up to three ESCs to compare their response. For CCPM helicopter setups, three servos can be connected and tested together to help identify differences in their operation.
The tester can also be used with aircraft servos for adjusting steering mechanisms and setting the neutral position before installation or flight testing.
