The MGN9C 9mm Linear Rail with Guide Rail Sliding Block is designed for smooth and precise linear motion in 3D printers, CNC machines, semiconductor equipment, PCB and IC assembly equipment, medical devices, robot arms, and other compact linear motion systems.
The rail is supplied with an MGN9C preloaded ball-bearing carriage, providing smooth movement with low friction and stable operation. Its compact design makes it suitable for applications where space and weight are important considerations.

Best Practices for Installation & Maintenance
- De-grease and Relubricate: Linear rails may arrive coated with viscous anti-rust shipping oil. For smooth operation, clean the rail and sliding block with a suitable cleaning agent, allow them to dry completely, and apply high-quality lithium grease or synthetic linear rail oil.
- Avoid Ball Loss: The sliding block uses an internal retainer to keep the steel balls in position. Avoid sliding the block completely off the rail unless it is transferred onto a suitable installation guide.
- Flat Mounting Surfaces: Ensure that the aluminum extrusion, mounting plate, or other surface used to secure the rail is flat and properly aligned to help prevent binding and excessive friction.
