Description
The XH-M633 Battery Charge Control Module is a digital battery charging control board designed to monitor battery voltage and automatically control a connected charger. It can be used with compatible lithium-ion and storage batteries within the specified 3.7V–120V battery voltage range.
The module continuously monitors the battery voltage through its voltage input and uses an onboard relay to switch the connected charger on or off according to the programmed start and stop voltage values. A bright three-digit seven-segment display shows the battery voltage, with a display and control accuracy of 0.1V, making it easy to check the battery voltage during operation.

Automatic Battery Charging Control
The XH-M633 is designed to automate the basic on/off control of a connected battery charger. You can set a charging start voltage and a charging stop voltage according to your battery system.
When the monitored battery voltage reaches the programmed start condition, the module activates the output switch to allow the charger to operate. Once the battery reaches the configured stop voltage, the module can disconnect the charger through its relay output.
This helps reduce the need for manually switching the charger on and off during normal charging operation.
Digital Voltage Display
The built-in three-digit seven-segment display provides a convenient way to monitor the battery voltage. With 0.1V display precision, you can easily view the voltage while configuring or using the module.
The module also provides approximately ±0.1V voltage accuracy according to the supplied specifications.
Adjustable Start and Stop Voltage
The charging thresholds can be configured using the onboard Start and Stop buttons.
To set the charging initiation voltage, press the Start button while the module is displaying the normal battery voltage. Press and hold the button for approximately 3 seconds until the display flashes, then adjust the value using the Start and Stop buttons.
The charging stop voltage can be configured in the same way using the Stop button.
The factory/default settings are:
- Charging start voltage: 12V
- Charging stop voltage: 14V
These values should be changed according to the battery type and charging requirements.

How It Works
