Description
The JK Smart BMS 8S-24S 60A Battery Management System is a high-performance solution for managing and protecting multi-cell lithium battery packs. Designed to support Li-ion, LiFePO4 (LFP), and LTO batteries, this smart BMS offers advanced monitoring, protection, and active cell balancing in one compact unit.
Unlike traditional passive balancing systems that dissipate excess energy as heat, the built-in 0.6A active balancer transfers energy between cells to help equalize cell voltages more efficiently. This can improve battery pack balance, performance, capacity utilization, and overall service life.
The BMS features built-in Bluetooth, allowing users to monitor battery status and configure compatible parameters through the JK BMS mobile app. The active balancing current can be adjusted from 0.1A to 0.6A, giving greater flexibility for different battery pack requirements.
For reliable operation, the JK Smart BMS includes protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, short circuits, and low-temperature charging. With support for battery configurations from 8S to 24S and up to 60A continuous charge/discharge current, it is suitable for a wide range of energy storage and electric vehicle applications.
