DC 36–48V 350W Brushless Motor Controller
This 36–48V 350W Brushless Motor Controller is designed for electric bicycles, e-bikes, and electric scooters using compatible brushless DC (BLDC) hub motors. Its compact and waterproof design makes it suitable for outdoor applications while providing smooth and reliable motor control.
The controller supports three-wire throttle systems and is compatible with brushless motors that use the required 3-phase motor wires and 5 Hall sensor wires. It features 12 MOS tubes for efficient switching and natural heat dissipation for dependable operation.
The controller includes connections for the main power supply, electric lock, throttle, and motor phase wires. Additional functions such as three-speed control, anti-theft, electronic braking system (EBS), and cruise control are also supported when properly connected.

Compatibility
This controller is intended for compatible brushless DC motors using 3 phase cables and 5 Hall sensor cables. Motor and Hall wiring compatibility should be confirmed before installation.
Installation / Operation
- Connect the power, motor, throttle, and electric-lock cables.
- Initially leave the Hall sensor wires disconnected and connect the adaptive-learning wires.
- Turn on the electric lock and slowly operate the throttle.
- Once the motor operates correctly, connect the Hall sensor wires.
- If the motor rotates in the wrong direction, disconnect the adaptive-learning wire and check the motor operation again before connecting the Hall wires.

Important Note
