The DC 48–64V 500W Brushless Motor Controller is a reliable and efficient control unit designed for electric bicycles, e-bikes, electric scooters, and other compatible light electric vehicles. It provides smooth motor operation, stable power delivery, and reliable speed control for brushless DC (BLDC) motors.
This controller is suitable for 500W brushless motor systems and supports Hall sensor-based motors for accurate and stable operation. Its compact design and standard connections make it suitable as a replacement or upgrade controller for compatible electric drive systems.
The controller is equipped with 12 MOS tubes for efficient motor control and features natural cooling to help manage operating temperature. Built-in protection features provide additional reliability during everyday use.

Operation Notice
- Connect the power, motor, throttle, and power-lock wires without connecting the Hall sensor wires initially.
- Connect the adaptive-learning wires.
- Switch on the power lock and slowly operate the throttle.
- If the motor operates correctly, connect the Hall sensor wires.
- If the motor rotates in the wrong direction, disconnect the adaptive-learning wire and check the motor operation again before connecting the Hall sensor wires.
