Description

The 235×235mm Aluminum Heated Bed is designed to provide a stable and consistent heated printing surface for compatible FDM 3D printers. Its 3mm aluminum substrate combines the heated bed and aluminum surface into a single platform, eliminating the need to add a separate glass plate.

The aluminum construction offers good thermal conductivity and helps distribute heat across the printing area for more consistent first-layer adhesion. With a 220×220mm heating area, it is suitable for standard-sized prints and can support commonly used 3D printing materials such as PLA, ABS, and PETG when used with the appropriate temperature settings.

This heated bed is designed for Ender 3, Ender 3 V3, and Ender 3 Pro printing platforms. It supports 12V and 24V configurations, but the correct wiring method must be followed according to the required voltage and printer setup.

Please note: The power adapter, heater/NTC sensor, and other additional electrical components are not included. Verify your printer’s voltage, power requirements, dimensions, and wiring before installation.

Wiring Method

For 12V connection: One wire connects to terminal 1, while the other connects to terminals 2 and 3.

For 24V connection: One wire connects to terminal 2 and the other to terminal 3. Terminal 1 remains unconnected.
