Description
The Creality Space Pi X4 Filament Dryer Plus is designed to keep your 3D printing filaments dry, clean, and ready to use. Moisture absorbed by filament can lead to common printing problems such as stringing, clogging, poor layer adhesion, and inconsistent print quality. The Space Pi X4 helps remove this moisture through controlled heating and active dehumidification.
With capacity for up to four 1kg spools or two 2kg spools, the Space Pi X4 is suitable for users who work with multiple filaments or frequently print large projects. Its dual-chamber design allows two types of filament to be dried independently, making it possible to use different drying temperatures when required.
The dryer can reach temperatures of up to 85°C, making it suitable for materials ranging from everyday filaments such as PLA and PETG to more moisture-sensitive materials such as PA, PAHT, PC, and ASA. For high-temperature drying, heat-resistant spools should be used.
The SpaceDry 4.0 system combines 360° hot-air circulation, automatic desiccant regeneration, and active dehumidification. Hot air is distributed around the filament for more even drying, while the built-in dehumidifying fans help remove moisture from the chamber.
The Space Pi X4 also features a 3.2-inch touchscreen interface for convenient control. Users can adjust drying temperatures and times, monitor the drying process, and select single- or dual-chamber operation according to their needs.
