Description
The DALY BMS Li-ion 7S 24V 30A Battery Management System is designed for 7-series (7S) lithium-ion battery packs made with 3.7V Li-ion cells such as 18650 and 21700 batteries. It provides essential battery protection against overcharging, over-discharging, over-current, short circuits, and excessive temperature.
With a 30A continuous discharge rating, balance protection, balance wires, and a temperature sensor, this BMS is suitable for applications such as electric bikes, solar energy systems, power tools, RVs, and custom lithium-ion battery packs.

Protection Functions
Over-Charge Protection
The BMS detects excessive cell voltage and activates protection at approximately 4.25V ±0.05V per cell. The over-charge protection releases at approximately 4.15V ±0.05V.
Over-Discharge Protection
The BMS provides protection against excessive battery discharge. The over-discharge detection voltage is 2.7V ±0.1V, with a release voltage specified at approximately 3.0V.
Over-Current Protection
The BMS protects the battery pack from excessive current and includes a fast over-current detection response.
Short-Circuit Protection
When an external load creates a short-circuit condition, the BMS disconnects the battery output to help protect the battery pack and connected circuitry.
Temperature Protection
The BMS includes temperature protection for both charging and discharging conditions. The specified working temperature range is approximately -20°C to 70°C.
Battery Compatibility
This is a 7S Li-ion BMS and is intended for lithium-ion battery packs only. It is not designed for LiFePO4, LTO, or other battery chemistries.
It can be used with Li-ion cells including:

- 36500 cylindrical cells
