Description
The F550 Flame Wheel 550 Hexacopter Frame Kit is a durable and versatile 550mm platform for building custom hexacopters and multirotor aircraft. Its six-arm configuration provides a stable flight platform and offers additional motor redundancy compared with conventional quadcopter frames.
The frame uses high-strength nylon and glass-fiber composite material for improved impact resistance and durability. The integrated PCB in the center plates works as a built-in power distribution board, allowing ESC and battery connections to be soldered directly to the frame for a cleaner installation.
The frame is compatible with a wide range of flight controllers, including Pixhawk, APM, KK, FF, and MWC-based systems, making it suitable for both beginner builds and advanced autonomous or FPV projects. The frame requires user assembly, and the motors, ESCs, propellers, battery, and flight controller are not included.
