Description
The HW-633 Lithium Battery Protection Module is a digital battery charging control board designed for adjustable voltage monitoring and automatic charging control. It supports a wide 6V to 60V DC supply/input range and features a digital display for monitoring battery voltage with 0.1V display and control accuracy.
The module allows you to set separate start and stop charging voltage levels according to your battery system. When the monitored voltage reaches the configured stop level, the module can automatically stop charging, helping provide a convenient way to manage charging in battery-powered projects.
The HW-633 can be used with various storage and rechargeable battery applications, including lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, polymer batteries, solar battery systems, car batteries, and electric vehicle battery systems, provided the selected voltage settings are appropriate for the battery type.

Adjustable Start and Stop Voltage
The HW-633 provides separate controls for setting the charging start and stop voltage.
Set the Start Voltage
- In the normal voltage display state, press the Start Voltage button once.
- The display will show the configured start charging voltage.
- Press and hold the Start button for approximately 3 seconds until the value starts flashing.
- Use the Start and Stop buttons to adjust the required voltage.
- Set the desired start charging voltage.
Set the Stop Voltage
- In the normal voltage display state, press the Stop Voltage button once.
- The display will show the configured stop charging voltage.
- Press and hold the Stop button for approximately 3 seconds until the value starts flashing.
- Use the Start and Stop buttons to adjust the voltage.
- Set the desired stop charging voltage.
Restore Factory Settings
To restore the factory settings, press and hold the Start and Stop buttons simultaneously while powering on the module. When the digital display shows 888, the factory reset process has been initiated.
