Description
The KADA 8582D+ 2-in-1 Digital Hot Air and Soldering Station is a versatile rework system designed for electronics assembly, PCB repair, SMD/SMT component replacement, and general soldering applications. By combining a hot air rework gun and temperature-controlled soldering iron, it provides two essential tools in a single compact workstation.
The hot air system uses a brushless fan and ceramic heating element to provide smooth and consistent airflow, making it suitable for working with delicate electronic components. Its temperature can be adjusted from 100°C to 450°C, while the soldering iron provides a temperature range of approximately 200°C to 480°C for standard and more demanding soldering tasks.
The station features dual digital LED displays for convenient monitoring of temperature settings. Its microcomputer-controlled design uses PID temperature control to help maintain stable operating temperatures and quickly compensate for temperature changes.
The hot air handle supports manual and automatic operation, while the soldering iron includes an automatic sleep function to help reduce tip oxidation and extend the life of the heating element and soldering tip.
Built-in temperature, short-circuit, open-circuit, and overload protection provides additional safety and reliability during operation.
