How to Use
- Press the solder wire inlet and insert the solder wire through the opening.
- Continue feeding the wire until it reaches the solder guide tube.
- Connect the soldering gun to the 220V power supply and turn on the power switch.
- Allow the soldering gun to heat up sufficiently before starting work.
- Pull the trigger to feed the solder wire while soldering.
- To remove the solder wire, press the solder inlet and pull the wire out at the same time.
- If the heating element needs replacement, disconnect the power, remove the side access window and soldering tip, then replace the heating core as required.
Safety & Care
- The soldering tip and heating tube can reach very high temperatures during operation. Handle with care.
- Always place the soldering gun on a suitable soldering iron stand when not in use.
- Do not use the soldering gun in flammable or explosive environments.
- Keep the tool away from water, moisture, and children.
- Do not disassemble or repair the soldering gun without proper electrical knowledge.
- If the power cable or internal components are damaged, have them repaired by a qualified technician.
- After use, switch off and unplug the soldering gun and allow it to cool completely before storing.
