Description
The BMP280 Barometric Pressure and Temperature Sensor Module is a compact digital sensor designed for accurate measurement of atmospheric pressure and temperature. Its pressure readings can also be used to estimate altitude, making it useful for navigation and vertical movement applications.
The module supports both I²C and SPI communication, providing flexible integration with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other compatible development platforms. Its low power consumption makes it suitable for portable and battery-powered projects.
With a pressure measurement range of 300–1100 hPa and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the BMP280 is well suited for weather stations, indoor and outdoor navigation, altitude measurement, and other environmental sensing applications.
