Description
The DALY BMS Li-ion 16S 60V 20A is a battery management system designed specifically for 16-series (16S) Lithium-ion battery packs. It provides essential battery protection and cell balancing to help maintain safe and reliable battery operation.
This 20A BMS is suitable for 60V-class Li-ion battery applications, including electric bikes, electric scooters, skateboards, solar systems, RVs, power tools, camping equipment, and household energy storage.
The BMS uses high-quality MOSFETs and an imported protection IC to provide protection against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, and temperature-related conditions.
Fixed 16S Li-ion Configuration
This BMS is designed for a fixed 16S battery configuration and cannot be used with other series configurations.
It is specifically designed for Lithium-ion battery packs and should not be used with:
- LiFePO4 batteries
- Lithium-metal batteries
- LTO batteries
Always confirm the battery chemistry and 16S configuration before installation.
Over-Charge and Over-Discharge Protection
The BMS monitors individual cell voltage and provides protection against excessive charging and discharging.

Over-Current and Short-Circuit Protection
The DALY 16S 20A BMS monitors the battery pack for excessive current and short-circuit conditions.
