Description
The NEMA17 is a hybrid stepping motor with a 1.8° step angle, providing 200 steps per revolution for precise motion control. Each phase draws approximately 1.2A at 4V and the motor can provide a holding torque of up to 3.2 kg-cm.
This 6-wire NEMA17 stepper motor is commonly used in CNC machines, linear actuators, printers, and laser cutters. It is rated for operation up to 24V and can also be operated at lower voltages, although the available torque may decrease.
Where to use NEMA17 Stepper Motor
NEMA17 stepper motors are suitable for applications that require accurate positioning and controlled low-speed movement. Their compact size, precise stepping, and high level of control make them useful for CNC equipment, 3D printers, and automated mechanisms.
