The SUNKKO 737G Battery Spot Welder is a professional resistance welding machine designed for precise welding of lithium battery packs, particularly 18650 battery cells. It uses adjustable welding electrodes to securely join nickel strips to battery terminals with consistent and reliable welds.
The welding pressure can be adjusted from 200g to 700g, allowing the machine to accommodate different battery and nickel-strip applications. The included foot pedal provides convenient hands-free operation while helping keep the battery and welding material stable during the welding process.
The SUNKKO 737G supports single and dual pulse welding, with adjustable welding current from 50A to 800A. This makes it suitable for different materials and nickel-strip thicknesses.
An integrated LED work light illuminates the welding area, making it easier to perform accurate welding even in areas with limited lighting.
